Celestia's Day Off

Little piece to celebrate Celestia Day for Equestria Daily.

After dealing with dignitaries, the day-to-day operations of running a kingdom, and the occasional bill or two. Tia decides to take a day off from it all.

Tried something a little different with Tia's tail and mane with this one. Instead of one mult-colored mass, I wanted to
try a layered effect, and I'm quite pleased with the result.

I'm also thrilled that I was able to complete this piece from start to finish in a couple days time, hopefully I'll be able to do so
with the requests I have left to do.
